Parking is a couple blocks away which is too far to walk at night alone.

The room was very spacious. The king-size bed was comfortable.
The room was obviously old. Carpet was coming away from the wall, but was clean and freshly swept. The desk was small and had no amenities. there was no conditioner to go along with the shampoo. I needed it. I prefer liquid creamer to the powdered creamer. I get better amenities at a Hampton Inn.

The location was great. I received a "handicapped access" room because I asked for early check-in. I wish I had waited for a better room on a top floor.
The restaurant's food was too salty; they used too much unnecessary oil in their eggs. I could see the oil glistening on the eggs. The staff was very good and attentive.

Very handy to the local restaurants and shops the breakfast buffet was good
the layout of the parlor room and adjoining rooms for our family gathering was perfect
Generally the hotel needs to remodel and upgrade the furniture and equipment things appear shabby and well used

The kids next door made too much noise the first night. There was also some drunk guy pounding on doors at about 2:45 AM that night.

Quite, very little noise from inside or outside during the night. Clean, with all the amenities one might expect as standard. The two-for-one meal deal. Free parking in the self-parking garage. I thought the hotel deserved a better ranking than it has on the web site.
We used self-parking the entire time, but a valet parking charge was added to our bill. I asked if this charge was made to all guests, and did not get an answer other than that it would be removed from our bill. They need to have some system for identifying guests who use this service.

Convenient location
Hotel is a little dated and needs some maintenance - elevator doors need work, bathrooms are minimal.
