We love the Embassy Suites Hot Springs - it is a wonderful place to relax. The pool was nice and the waterfalls so soothing. Love the place!

Really nice hotel and staff. We have been staying at the Austin for the Corvette Show for several years since it is the host hotel. It was our good fortune that they were full 2 months before the show requiring us to look elsewhere.
It's not your fault but the walk to the Austin to work the registration was really long. But the walk to the convention center was much closer. I'm going to mention moving the Corvette weekend to the Embassy next year.

The breakfast was not like I hoped to get. very small selection. This was the deciding factor for me on choosing embassy. it has always been top notch.I will at least consider others next stay because breakfast was what had set you apart from the others

The facilities were located in a scenic area with nice views and close to most of the attractions downtown.
Better attention to detail and some definite security issues that need to be addresses with diligence.
