Days Inn by Wyndham High Level

I enjoyed the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. I plan to stay here the next time I am in High Level.

After a long drive all we wanted to do was relax in peace and quiet....that is exactly what we got!!

Clean, modern ,quiet

Collette was the young lady who booked us in on both of stays northbound and southbound. She is a real asset to this hotel/inn. We will stay there again because of her.

Even though i booked my room online, thinking this would simplify the process The staff did not seem to know how it was to be processed I charged my meals on my room, which i normally do at hotels stays, this seemed to confuse the staff on how to process the charges on my visa and made the 30 or 40 minute checkout very painful. And i still am doubful if they did correctly. I'll see on my statement.Also the free breakfast, when i presented the coupon to pay, the gal said--oh no thats only for on the other side--what side she was referring to is beyond me and maybe you need to tell people you have to sit on a certain side of the rock fountain? Although your place was very clean, this experience gave me such a bad taste that i will not use this hotel again
