The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Front desk staff very nice and helpful.
Great price for the value of the room.
Bathroom door did not close properly.
Cleaning staff left the room to our door ajar -- very upsetting!!! Luckily nothing was stolen.
Cleaning staff seen smoking while cleaning at a smoke-free hotel.

I did not receive a requested wake-up call for the second time in two visits; I reported this at checkout and the clerk told me there might be a problem with the phone; clock also did not work and toilet did not flush without holding down the handle while it refilled

Convenience to major highways and event we were in town for.
When we arrived the sheets and pillow cases had hair on them. And, there was paper garbage on the floor behind the refridgerator.

The woman who checked us in was very kind. The beds were made up very prettily & they were very comfortable. The room was nice & warm when we arrived on a very cold, windy night.
The entrance to the hotel needs to be more defined. We had a very hard time distinguishing where to pull in from the main highway in the dark. The outside of the tub was dirty, but the rest of the room was nice.

I lOVED the fact that there was NO capeting. Being a "pet friendly" hotel it limited all the pet har accumulation. I am not a pet lover so it was perfect for me. I have stayed in "pet friendly" hotels before and the hair is always seems to be imbeded in the carpet. I normally do not stay in hotels that allow pets due to the hair. when I booked at this hotel it sliped my mind to double check. Due to the cleanliness of this hotel all worked out! The room I stayed in was so clean you could not even smell the "pet smell."I have family near so I will most definitely book at this hotel again!
