Friendly staff and the variety of food offered at breakfast. We especially liked the opportunity to buy soup and light fare from a little convenient mart off the lobby.
The toilet needs updating!

The breakfasts where very good. The omelets with the peppers were the best hotel breakfasts I have had.
The elevator noise and the heavy footsteps upstairs were sometimes annoying.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
We normally didn't leave our room until after the maids had finished. I would have liked to have a place where we could have turned in used towels and get knew ones (sometimes we did exchange with the maids and that was OK).

The receptionist was nice
Our room's ac was broken - there was no one to fix it so we were sent to another floor to a room but it smelled so strongly of smoke we couldn't breathe so we were sent to another hote.
