This was a great choice to stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Helena over the holiday weekend. The facility is very clean, very friendly. Our room was comfortable and the service among the Marriott staff was incredible! Truely, you have a great group of people at your Helena location.
One night the hot tub was a little too cool. They must have just emptied it for cleaning and it hadn't warmed up enough. We enjoyed the pool instead.

Reasonably priced, reasonable room. I stay there regularly.
Very dissappointed that i accidently let my checkbbok that had my checks in it and phone number on them.. I retraced my steps and called them 2 days later and they said it was in their lost and found. No call. No nothing. Then to add insult to injury the gal at the desk said the boss is gone so they may want be able to mail it to me for several days and I needed to give a credit card for mailing me my checkbook. I have no trouble paying for postage but the employees had no concern. It was just a piece of lost and found. I have stayed there a lot over the years but I am turned off now. Dumb staff.

The continental breakfast had variety and was tasty.
The pool was really cold and the kids did not like it...also, the pop machines were not stocked and there was only mountain dew.
