Very nice clean and spacious.
Yes. We were told to pull to the back to unload. We were on the 2nd floor, making it very difficult to carry big suitcases upstairs.

Staff friendliness, very clean and comfortable room
No gift shop or place to buy newspaper, sundries. Did not like the fact that I couldn't turn off the power to the TV--blue light disturbing

The staff (hotel, restaurant, lounge) is a terrific group - attentive, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough, clean and pleasant. Loved the fitness room! And enjoyed both the bar and the dinner in the area in front of the swimming ppol
The restaurant was short-staffed at times, the one wait-person was very eager and helpful, but seemed stretched.
