Helpful staff. All questions and requests handled pleasantly and thoroughly.clean quiet room. My son liked the room pillows so much that we asked if we could purchase a couple. We were sold four and the covers and pillow cases were also available at a price that was surprisingly low. This is the second te we have stayed at this hotel . Same experience twice . If our son goes to JMU , this will be our hotel of choice whenever we stay over.

The room was very cozy and clean. The bed linens were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great!
Very noisy at night, especially noise coming in from the huge gap around the door. The desk staff were very unprofessional. When we approached the desk to handle our reservations, both staff members were eating and thought it was funny that we had to wait for them to finish their cookies. Customer Service skills needed!
