Everything, staff was warm and friendly, room was clean and comfortable pool hottub clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was hot and many options. Juice was NOT watered down. Was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent view and convenient to MITU. Impeccable decor with clean surroundings. Comfortable beds. Customer service staff was excellent including bar wait staff. I cannot wait to return!.

The location was perfect for what we needed/wanted to do during this combined business/pleasure trip, plus we really enjoyed the view of Portage Lake. We enjoyed the privacy that we had while visiting during an off-peak season, yet the staff was always available and responsive to our needs.
Housekeeping could have been a little more attentive. When we arrived we found a used Band-aid on the floor and there was a cigarette lighter between the mattresses (while my wife was searching for bed bugs, which is her usual practice anywhere). Also, the remote control to the TV did not work well. (In fairness, we did not report any of these things because we thought they were relatively minor). There was not a huge selection for the complimentary breakfast, which is understandable because it was off-season and there were few guests, but what was there was good.
