Nice and quiet rooms great people at the front desk amazing breakfast
The bathroom shower control was is backwards it says hot on it and it is cold and bathroom tub is slippery really slippery

I liked that it was downtown, where all the shops were. And easy access to the bus routes!
No not at all! I felt that the price of parking was a little much. When booking an hotel room, parking should be included!

Main reason for choosing Hamilton Plaza Hotel & Conference Center: Other

Fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hamilton. Extremely Clean and the most 'at home' beds. It was very nice to be able to wake up to go and have a swim or gym and the option of a spa treatment (obviously not free). Staff also very helpful and friendle, even with us turning up at 03:30 am after our flight had been delayed. Oh and all this at a fantastic price.. Big thumbs up
