Main reason for choosing Best Western Plus Chocolate Lake Hotel: Location

Yes, house keeping knocked on our door at 9:15 in the morning. By the time I got to the door, she was on her way into our room. We were checking out the same morning and I'm confused why she would even be coming into our room. (Check out time was 11:00)
