Very Very clean in the none smoking section!Pillows not good, other than that comfy bed. Fruit at the continental breakfast was excellent.
You all need to buy some new toasters! Finally gave up and threw my english muffin away!!

This hotel is great, no complaints. Breakfast there was really good, selection was impressive,not just cereal and a dough-nut. Really enjoyed the indoor pool till 10pm.The prime rib at the fireside rest. was simply the best.Stayed three nights each evening when we returned the room was ready for relaxing.The staff was really friendly and helpful

Very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable. I'll be certain to stay here again if I'm in the Hagerstown, MD area. Highly recommended.
Restaurant had a limited menu and the waitstaff was not especially efficient. But the food was "OK" once you got served. Bottom line: stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere. That way you'll have the best of both worlds.

Clean room, great bed, comfortable environment.
Very thin walls. could easily hear neighbors having a good time next door, they weren't necessarily out of order, but they did quiet down by 10pm so we avoided having to ask them to quiet down so we could sleep.
