The staff was very nice, friendly, accommodating and outgoing.
The walls weren't very well insulated. We were on the first floor and you could hear someone talking on the phone in the next room, the toilet flush and people in the lobby. If you are a light sleeper you should ask for a room on the top floor as far away from the elevators as possible.

We paid an affordable price while receiving the same comfort and personal service compared to any other Motel in the area. Being just the two of us, the room was the perfect size and the location makes it easy for shopping, dining and traveling to other areas located in Greenville and surrounding Towns. This was our first stay at Microtel. We will be a return customer.
It would be nice to locate a smaller TV in the dining area so we can watch the morning news while having breakfast. This is a suggestion rather than a complaint.
As we entered the exit ramp for Woodruff Road, there is a sign listing many of the Motels/Hotels located on Woodruff Road. There is space for your listing. I understand that the attempt to grant permission is underway. Perhaps this will become a reality for Microtel as Travelers like us come off the exit for the first time in the area.

The furniture in the room had some stains. Overall it was clean and comfortable. I slept very well which is unusual for me even in hotels that cost much more. I would definitely stay again.
I think the breakfast area is small & the selections could have been better.

YES!! At 1:47-3am was awakened by LOUD moaning and groaning in nroom next door!! Walls paper thin!! Will not stay there again

Everything was good, flat screen tv breakfast in the morning and staff was just friendly.
The only thing I did not like was that I stayed 2 nights they cleaned the room by changing the sheets and taking out the trash putting in clean towels but fail to sweep the floor. The floor was not cleaned but everything else was clean. They may have been in a hurry and just forgot to sweep the floor. But other than that I loved the hotel and plan to stay there again and again.

There was nothing we did not like. the accomodations & staff were top rate. staff was always available to assist with our needs. they did so with a smile & did not make us feel uncomfortable about requesting assistance.
