The staff was very courteous.

The mattress covers and duvets were very old and not appealing. The mattress covers and sheets had some black hairs embedded in them, the duvet had balled up cotton throughout it, my husband initially thought some underclothes were under the covers. Management allowed us to move to the adjacent room, but it was the same, so we stayed in the initial room. The shower curtain had a mildew odor and behind the bathroom door was black, I think, mildew on the wall. Without a fan in the bathroom, there will always be a problem and the only way to resolve it will be daily cleaning with an anti-mildew cleaner.

Fitness Room had damaged equipment, Room smells like a zoo, breakfast not very good.

The room was very comfortable! The Continental Breakfast.

I loved the updated room decor.

Everything was lovely, except the room had a musky smell. I noticed that there appeared to have been some water leakage, ad there was a water stain that came all the way through the granite shower wall.
