I have no complaints. We needed a hotel room near an event in Greensburg. Booking the room was easy, check in was quick, room was just what we needed. Checkout was just as quick and we were on our way back home. Reminded me of being in a small beach hotel.

Was very disappointed,the pool wasn't open,the main reason we booked our place and we had to switch rooms at 10 pm because our ac quit! Never again!!

I liked that there was a refrigerator and a microwave right in the room. I liked that the area around the hotel was pretty quiet for its location.

I didn't like that the employee at the desk was short with us when we were checking in. I didn't like that my friend got bedbug bites from the roll-away cot we asked for and that the hotel refused to refund our stay because there was "no proof" even though we had pictures of the bites.

They took dogs.

MATTRESSES WERE HORRIBLE...SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO ACTUALLY BOOK THOSE ROOMS. TUB WAS STAINED AND LOOKED LIKE IT NEEDED A GOOD DOSE OF COMET CLEANSER...STAFF UNCONCERNED ABOUT MY COMPLAINT ABOUT MATTRESSES WHEN I LEFT. THE SHERATON WILL GET MY BUSINESS NEXT VISIT.
