I was comfortable and slept well in my room and enjoyed the waffle for breakfast. I appreciate having coffee maker, refrigerator,and microwave in addition to the TV.

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel and the first time I've had a complaint. The TV remote wouldn't work, the refrigerator wouldn't cool and the coffee maker wouldn't turn on. In each case I was quickly given one which worked. The level of concrete on steps and walk outside varies so that one needs to carefully watch one's step.

The room was fine, had everything I needed and was comfortable, I have been a customer for several years on this same week end. Thank you

I have stayed at this same hotel several times, most times I get on the west side, it is hard to request west side when ordering thru you, so twice I have had to stay on the east side, the rooms are fine, but that is where all the workers stay with their trucks and there is more noise because of them coming and going. I have had no problem with the men, but perfer the west side, maybe you can tell me how to place the order so I can get the west side. They told me they could not change my room to the east since I ordered from you. Thanks
