I liked everything about the hotel. It was you that I had the complaint with. Didn't charge me the price I was quoted and then you charged me in British pounds which caused my credit card to be denied by another merchant. When I got that straightened out the credit card company charged a foreign transaction fee. I will not be using hotels.com again.

The window View was "So Poor", Was the wors I ever tried.

Great sized room, clean bathroom, friendly helpful staff, great pool/arcade/game area.
Our room was on the 3rd floor and they were remodeling rooms right next to us. Ripped out carpet and furniture was in the hallway and the hall smelled of carpet glue?

Close to many restaurants, mall, amenities. My kids thought the water slide was great!
I was really worried when I found out my room was poolside, as I had to get up early for a course the next morning. I thought it would be really loud and I wouldn't be able to sleep, but I was pleasantly surprised that when the hotel said the pool shut down at 11 pm, it did and it was completely silent until morning.
