The shuttle to be able to retrieve and return my son to the airport. Big help because he does not drive.

The staff were all wonderful and tried to be accomadating to my problem.
I was in room 117 which is directly next to the pool. I am a Spectrum Health employee that will be traveling to town monthly for work and was looking for a hotel to consider for a monthly two night stay. I had to listen to "Marco Polo" until 11pm and I had to be up at 5am to return to work.

Friendly staff
We had difficulty finding the facility as there were not any signs marking your location. Other than that we had a great stay.

Rooms were available and the location was close to the airport which was important. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided a good variety to select from.
Middle floors get noise from people walking on the floor above and down the hallways. I just wonder about the cleanliness of the rooms. There no obvious issues in my room (bugs or anything like that) just an overall impression.
