Some residents honked their horns on their cars early in the AM. I am assuming they are oil field workers.

Lower level rooms have outside door which lets in all the street noise, even people walking by. Second floor maybe better.

The very young staff, (I assume they were the owner's children)was helpful with problems listed below. The breakfast bar was good.

Ice machine was not working so front desk clerk had to go into the freezer to pour ice out of a bag. Hot water in bathroom was not always available. Room air conditioner was not consistent. No maid service our first of two night there.

It was a place to sleep and the bed was made up every day.

The toilet seat was broken and took two days to fix, if you weren't careful you would fall in. the ice machine was broken for three days. They only had us registered for one day and should have been six days. The Internet map was about three miles off.

Several times during the stay I found the door to my room from the hallway left ajar and opened probably by housekeeping. I woke up to find my door was left ajar after I had locked it.
