The Facility is Beautiful. The People were awesome. The location next to the Cruise port was Perfect. We will stay there again.

All staff so accommodating and friendly. Left my jacket in the already valet parked car. Valet guy ran out to get it for me. Bartender very pleasant and made great drinks, even tho it was late.
We come here frequently for the above reasons and the great location. Love it.

Only problem we had was not being able to use the wireless internet. Maybe because we were on the 4th floor away from the lobby. Did see guys routing some sort of cable as we were leaving, maybe it was being upgraded?

The Tremont House is our favorite hotel in Galveston. The staff is attentive, there's a lounge on the 1st floor where live bands perform, a rooftop bar, and comfortable rooms.
The only thing we don't like is the wild black & white tile in the bathrooms, but that's just a personal taste. Everything else is great!

The room and staff attentiveness were immaculate. I would especially like to call out your valet staff. They were wonderful... eagerly took us to and from the Opera House. The Rooftop Bar is also a fun place, and again the wait staff were wonderful, very friendly.
Your restaurant is barely that. The prices are very high for what you receive. Now, the food is pretty good, but for a hotel of the quality of the Tremont, I felt like I was in a diner. Crowded together, ordering at the counter. Will stay at the Tremont again, but we will eat out.
