Loved the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff. Convenient that there were shops and restaurants within the hotel, including a Starbucks!
We would have liked a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but we survived! Glad for the coffee maker.

Room was not ready when we arrived. We were promised that we would be called when it was ready. We were not called. We were forced to sit at the pool and listen to the most obnoxious and incredibly loud music while we waited. This also forced us to not use the pool for more than a few minutes while we were there. It also made it hard to hear the surf when we sat on our balcony. Also, the breakfast buffet was cold and therefore not worth the price. Your management needs to get its act together. It is not worthy of the fine staff.

Location and pool area
Housekeeping was not very good. Brought 2 air mattresses and we could not get them to pick one back up. Made for a crowded room. No bath mat one night. Ok, but not that good for price of hotel.

Great stay, the dining was outstanding, very good staff. Still the best value on the island !

This Spa and Conference center has everything you need. the staff there was very polite, efficient and helpful. They made you feel appreciated. Loved the location which is right across from Ihop and the Rainforest Cafe. Will have to return when the weather is better to take advantage of the heated pool and hot tubs.
The beds were not comfortable and the heater in the room was broken. However, the service guys were there in minutes and fixed it right away.
