Location & secure feeling.
The bed was totally uncomfortable, the floor in room above creaked loudly as people walked around, the curtains on window are designed not to close so only sheer curtains gave any privacy & light from building across parking lot shone through our window all night. No comfortable ace to sit.

The friendly staff and great breakfast. Also loved the pool area. We stayed in a Suite and it was very nice too.
