Reasonably priced
We have been there several times with no problem but this last time a group of people were being very loud and smoking pot outside our window at 2:00 AM. Couldn't sleep.

Good clean room at a reasonable price.
It took three sets of bldg./room keys before I got ones that would open the bldg. door and then my room door. Smoke detector was covered with a piece of plastic so wasn't operable. No bed spread. Not a big deal but have been in a hotel room that didn't have a bed spread.

The lobby was really nice, and I liked the breakfast.
The hot tub was not working properly - the water was about 90 degrees, only half the jets worked, and those that did bubble just shot water into the air.

The rooms are comfortable and attractive, the beds are relaxing. Location is excellent. Loved the discount for Fresno State students!

Had to go down to front desk on second day of stay and spend 30 mins. getting my rooms back due to mix up on check-in. Rooms were not made up.
