Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Historic Stockyards

The check in was easy, the bar was cool and I loved the room and the location. The view out the window was amazing as well.

Our light kept not working in the bathroom but, as soon as I called someone came up and fixed it.

I enjoyed the overall condition of the hotel and the surrounding areas where the different shops were located. The services that the hotels offers are outstanding. The only exception that I have will be explained below.

We arrived and checked into the hotel on Monday, June 8th early in the afternoon. We parked the rental car in the rear parking lot for use at a later time. On Tuesday afternoon we were going to get the car to drive to a dinner appointment and noticed that the drivers door was opened. I went to one of the employees at the front desk ands asked if there were security cameras in the parking lot. I explained that someone had gotten into the car and removed the items from the glove box and console compartment. I was informed that the video would be reviewed and informed of the findings. This did not happen. When we checked out on Wednesday I was asked about our stay and again told them about the car being entered into. I was asked to write down what had happened and that the manager would be calling me to talk about it. To this date that has not happened which leads me to believe that they really weren't concerned about the security of their customers vehicles or how the customer perceived their lack of concern. I would be hesitant to recommend the hotel based on the lack of commitment by the few employees that I discussed the incident with the rental car and not the services that were provided to us during our stay.

Personel był bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Podobało mi się to, że hotel był w pobliżu zagród.

I nie podoba się fakt, że nie ma obsługi pokoju, bo na koniec dnia, gdy byliśmy bardzo zmęczeni, może chcieliśmy room service. Ponadto, w łazience, w rogach cokoły były bardzo brudne i nie było pleśń za posiadacza mydło pod prysznicem. Tylko dlatego, że pokojówka nie wygląda na to nie znaczy, że nie ma. Brud na podłodze był bardzo widoczny! Oczyścić go!!

Ten hotel jest fantastyczny lokalizacji w samym środku wszystkich Stockyards ma do zaoferowania. Nasz pokój był wielki. Jesteśmy naprawdę doceniane mając wypoczynkową pomieszczenia. Mamy również docenili bezpłatne śniadanie w formie bufetu oraz możliwość korzystania z komputerów i Internetu w centrum biznesowym bezpłatnie.
