Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Historic Stockyards

The check in was easy, the bar was cool and I loved the room and the location. The view out the window was amazing as well.

Our light kept not working in the bathroom but, as soon as I called someone came up and fixed it.

I enjoyed the overall condition of the hotel and the surrounding areas where the different shops were located. The services that the hotels offers are outstanding. The only exception that I have will be explained below.

We arrived and checked into the hotel on Monday, June 8th early in the afternoon. We parked the rental car in the rear parking lot for use at a later time. On Tuesday afternoon we were going to get the car to drive to a dinner appointment and noticed that the drivers door was opened. I went to one of the employees at the front desk ands asked if there were security cameras in the parking lot. I explained that someone had gotten into the car and removed the items from the glove box and console compartment. I was informed that the video would be reviewed and informed of the findings. This did not happen. When we checked out on Wednesday I was asked about our stay and again told them about the car being entered into. I was asked to write down what had happened and that the manager would be calling me to talk about it. To this date that has not happened which leads me to believe that they really weren't concerned about the security of their customers vehicles or how the customer perceived their lack of concern. I would be hesitant to recommend the hotel based on the lack of commitment by the few employees that I discussed the incident with the rental car and not the services that were provided to us during our stay.

Le personnel était très serviable et sympathique. J'ai aimé le fait que l'hôtel était à proximité des parcs à bestiaux.

Je n'ai pas aimé le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de room service, car à la fin de la journée quand nous étions très fatigués, nous aurions voulu un service de chambre. En outre, dans la salle de bain, les coins des plinthes étaient très sale et il y avait de la moisissure derrière le porte-savon dans la douche. Tout simplement parce que la femme de chambre n'a pas l'air car il ne veut pas dire qu'il n'est pas là. La saleté sur le sol était très visible! PROPRE!!

Cet hôtel est dans un fabuleux emplacement en plein milieu de tous les parcs à bestiaux a à offrir. Notre chambre était grande. Nous avons vraiment apprécié d'avoir l'espace salon. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner buffet gratuit et d'être en mesure d'utiliser les ordinateurs et Internet dans le centre d'affaires, sans frais.
