Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Historic Stockyards

The check in was easy, the bar was cool and I loved the room and the location. The view out the window was amazing as well.

Our light kept not working in the bathroom but, as soon as I called someone came up and fixed it.

I enjoyed the overall condition of the hotel and the surrounding areas where the different shops were located. The services that the hotels offers are outstanding. The only exception that I have will be explained below.

We arrived and checked into the hotel on Monday, June 8th early in the afternoon. We parked the rental car in the rear parking lot for use at a later time. On Tuesday afternoon we were going to get the car to drive to a dinner appointment and noticed that the drivers door was opened. I went to one of the employees at the front desk ands asked if there were security cameras in the parking lot. I explained that someone had gotten into the car and removed the items from the glove box and console compartment. I was informed that the video would be reviewed and informed of the findings. This did not happen. When we checked out on Wednesday I was asked about our stay and again told them about the car being entered into. I was asked to write down what had happened and that the manager would be calling me to talk about it. To this date that has not happened which leads me to believe that they really weren't concerned about the security of their customers vehicles or how the customer perceived their lack of concern. I would be hesitant to recommend the hotel based on the lack of commitment by the few employees that I discussed the incident with the rental car and not the services that were provided to us during our stay.

El personal era muy servicial y amable. Me encantó el hecho de que el hotel estaba cerca de los corrales.

No me gusta el hecho de que no había servicio de habitación, ya que al final del día, cuando estábamos muy cansados, nos podría haber querido servicio de habitaciones. Asimismo, en el cuarto de baño, las esquinas de los zócalos estaban muy sucias y había moho detrás de la ranura de jabón en la ducha. El hecho de que la limpieza no se ve porque no quiere decir que no está ahí. La suciedad en el suelo era muy visible! LIMPIEZA DE TI!!

Este hotel está en una fabulosa ubicación en el centro de todos los corrales tiene para ofrecer. Nuestra habitación era genial. Realmente nos gustó tener el área de sala de estar. También nos gustó el desayuno de buffet libre y ser capaz de usar las computadoras y el Internet en el centro de negocios sin costo alguno.
