He staff was great very helpful
We asked for clean towels and wash clothes. the towels were clean and fresh but one of the two wash clothes were very dirty, one had a shoe print and hair on it, the staff at the front desk gladly and quickly replaced the wash clothes

I never could get any hot water in the shower (it really wakes you up in the morning)water never warmed up.
