My Overall service was fantastic... The stay was fabulous and the room with amenities were excellent...
Need more parking... I stayed here during Spring Training. Leaving and coming back for a parking spot was saddening; yet annoying when your tired and ready to crash... Thus that is minor and I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast choices were execellent and the waitstaff was very polite and efficient. The new decor is lovely - we always stay at the Hilton Hotel group hotels and are never unhappy with each and every one.

It was we quiet, the room was pleasant.
Noisey air conditioner. I would have liked to pay closet to $100.

The location and price were very good.
There was a cochroach that crossed in the room scurrying away when I walked in. But this is Florida. Downstairs hall smelled very moldy.Also when I called for late checkout she couldn't find my Hilton Honors number? She said it wasn't in the system.

After a long train ride down, we were so weary and tired, this hotel is awsome, great location, close to the airport, if anyone is renting on Sanibel or Captiva, as we are, it is perfect to hit all the stores on the way in, beds are amazing, hotel is clean, clean, clean, pool and hot tub are great, food is good, and the people that work there are all so nice and helpfull, we will be staying ther again next year on our way down, Peggy Marks, West Creek NJ.
