Main reason for choosing Riverside Hotel: Other

The staff and room were excellent. We were upgraded to a room complimentary, which was very nice. Overall excellent stay.
Not a huge deal but we were looking to buy Gatorade late at night and from memory the only beverages were available in vending machines, far away. It would be nice if the front desk had a little fridge to sell basic goods 24/7.

We love that area of Ft Lauderdale and liked being able to walk outside to shops and restaurants. The off season rates were very good.
There was some construction going on but it didn't effect our stay.

Alicia on the front desk, the hostess at the outside restaurant, Guy, Ian, and Glenford at the upstairs reception! These employees are TOPS and need to be acknowledged! Patrick was most helpful at my arrival. He made me feel so welcome even though I have been there 5 times in the past!
