Best Western Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

The location was good- near the airport and cruise ship terminal. Plenty of restaurants nearby, a supermarket and other necessary shops / businesses e.g a launderette for visitors to the area who stayed for a few days. The way in which visitors were able to book shuttles to the Port which were arranged by the Staff. We liked the size of the swimming Pool.

Having previously stayed at the Best Western Plus in the Miami Airport area, we found that the foyer of the Fort Lauderdale rather cramped for the amount of people who wished to eat breakfast and wait for transport. Obviously nothing could be done to enlarge the area so this is a minor problem. ( The pool mentioned above though, is far superior to the pool in Miami! One can't have everything.)

Every thing...the staff is wonderful, they take the time to talk with you, no only dealing with their job, but to be apart of your stay there, to laugh, give idea, make suggestions, they ARE great people to meet daily, morning, noon, or night...housekeeping was on the ball, it looked clearn, smell clean, was clean, and you can appreciate that being away from home...the breakfast was on the money, always on time, always enough, and very good....one more thing, the outside appearance is beautiful so you don't mind just setting out there...all and all, I would like too personally say thank you to "Best Western Plus Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port" for making my first time in Ft. Lauderdale stay with you so enjoyable...Yes I would recommend anyone that this is a great place to stay.
