Had to wait four hours for room to be ready Lobby was dirty and lobby restrooms really nasty

concierge was both friendly and helpful proximity to the beach, marina and water taxi

It was in a great location. The bridge to the beach was great. The staff was awesome. The cookie was great, but I would rather have free WiFi.
Not sure why you have to charge for WiFi. Seems like even the smallest, low cost hotels can offer it for free. It was a huge inconvenience to have to travel to the lobby or pay for internet. A higher quality place, as yours, certainly can afford it.

Continue upgrades.
There is one machine in the gym that is broke. I like to use that equipment. Bar could remain open later. Parking could be free with stay.

The location and view from our room over the Marina was gorgeous.
It was quite pricey based on view I think. The room was an average hotel room, nothing special. We wish we knew we had an option for balcony, but when we arrived, all those suites were taken. Knowing now the area, I think we could get any one of the nice hotels at a better price if we shopped around.

Läget helt fantastikt med alla dessa kanaler och båtar,havet på andra sidan! Nära till allt,vi kunde kolla in soluppgången och solnedgången! TOPPEN!
