Helpful staff at the desk, good recommendations. (No discounts at Frenzy's, though... just FYI). Water was chilly but pool is good sized.
Hot tub was ok but we left the pool area (8:30 ish) after a few minutes of two tables of adults boozing were getting loud and inappropriate in their conversations. Hot tub has a shrill noise when activated. Breakfast was super slow to be replenished and the oatmeal was gross, luke-warm and solid in a lump. Some tables were clean. Forks were gone, only a few knives were in the holder, and the counter was sticky from waffle maker batter. I cleaned the 2 countertops (by the cereal & waffles) and found additional forks & knives in the cabinet to restock.
