Hampton Inn Jackson/Flowood (Airport Area) MS

Very close to everything I wanted to be close to. Staff was fabulous!

I almost always book my rooms when traveling with Hampton Inn. However, when I called to make sure about my reservation, I guess hotelsone responded and confirmed my reservation. I asked for a suite and was told it would be $10 extra and it would include a couch. When I arrived, I was told there was no suite available. Then, why did I make the reservation ahead of time if there was no suite available. I called your number and expressed my concern. I am supposed to receive a credit. When I checked out the hotel could not give me a receipt. In the future, I will call directly to Hampton Inn as I have always done in the past. Hampton has always given me a discount for being a AARP member. This person told me it was build in. So I believe the person I talked with was not interested in what I wanted.

The hotel was great. It always in, but the third party reservationist I will not use again.

The air conditioner did not cool during my four day stay and there was no refrigerator which was surprising for hotels.

For all of the above reasons...
