We enjoyed the warm atmosphere and the cleaniness of the room. The location was wonderful and we have let many of our friends know what kind of experience that we had and also asked that they consider staying there when they visit Asheville.

The staff was responsive to our needs.
1. We chose this location because of the fireplace and seating in the lobby. This area was closed for renovations. We were not told of this when making the reservation.
2. Due to the lobby area renovations, we had to sit in the room in the evening. The seating is extremely uncomfortable.
