Wonderful! Reception Desk personnel were very knowledgable and friendly, as were the employees servicing the Breakfast Room. Good food, clean room, fun pool, convenient location. We enjoyed the impromptu overnight stay with our 4 grandchildren very much thanks to the Springhill staff.

It is in a good location, near the NAU campus, and downtown. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and comfy. And a free breakfast to boot!
