Little America Flagstaff

I've been in the travel industry for more than 25 years... when I arrived at Little America, I was pleasantly surprised! As an officially rated 3 star hotel, the physical product can compare to a 4 star hotel - well done renovation! Housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly. The experience was very pleasant. We enjoyed spacious room, amenities, convenience... we'll definitely return and use this hotel as our "to go" place for our weekends getaways!

I wouldn't say did not like... but below are the opportunities for improvement: -Front Desk: upon check in, front desk staff can be more helpful in providing hotel information (I worked at front desk myself for years). the only thing she shared is where to park. It's also an "upselling" opportunity to point out the restaurant, the hotel gift shop etc. -Restaurant staff: we had one dinner and 2 breakfasts at hotel restaurant during out stay. I see a trend and need for training! similar mistakes are made by different waiter/waitress: we had to wait for an hour to get our dinner, wrong items were served (asked for egg over hard for our 5 year old daughter but running egg over easy was served), no beverage refill, again, "upselling" opportunity on beverages, AND more tips.

Because I booked our stay via mobile phone and through a first-to-pop-up web site, I lost the opportunity to obtain the AAA and veteran's discount obtained previously.

My wife and I loved the way all the trees on the property has Christmas lights on them, every one of them. It was beautiful. The restaurant was also amazing.

We liked the convenience to airport, the amenities, the restaurant. I found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. it was excellent for our family of four. I would definitely stay there again.

We always book a room at Little America on our way home from Lake Powell. It is in beautiful surroundings and the rooms are clean and spacious.
