Staff willing to help in many ways, especially Leo, the night auditor.
Were not aware the name had been changed, difficult to find the Woodlands Hotel after a long drive!

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good and gluten free options were available.

The complimentary water with fruit at check in was great.
The water was only at the front desk on the day we checked in and the elevator in the south building needed to be vacuumed.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nicely designed.
The night desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. Our room was two doors down from the noisy guest laundry, the door of which was propped open; our room was right next to the housekeeper's room, the door of which was propped open; the a/c in our room sounded like a train going through a tunnel and woke us up each time it came on.

Hotel and room were nice.
Breakfast was terrible, they had to rebook my egg white omelette as the first one was hard fried with brown all over it and lots of oil. We learn well after our order was take there was no pancake batter. Ordered French toast, it was terrible made in thin plain old white bread. Sausage was deep fried.
