Quiet location.
The bathroom door needs some lube...try it and you will know it. The tv cabinet rattles when walking by it...especially during the earth quake.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and bathroom, etc.... was clean with enough towels for 2.The floor was cold and/or wet. It felt as if the carpet had been shampooed and was not dry, or that dampness was seeping in from under the carpet. Our room overlooked the pool, so I wondered if there was more moisture there.....

Good location, excellent breakfast choices with never-ending coffee available, good mattress and room set-up. Very friendly and cooperative staff.
Towels were threadbare. Bathroom very, very small.
