It was a comfortable room, pleasant check in.
Check out was less than desirable. The clerk at the desk was absent and not available by phone as the posted sign said (line was busy). We noted that during breakfast, he had a female visitor bringing him breakfast. Made us wonder!! We never rec'd a receipt for the room. We couldn't wait around because we were on our way to a funeral across town.

I didn't know what to expect. But the experience I had here exceeded my expectations. Overall a very decent place for an excellent price.

Customer service
Extremely noisy room - turned off the heating unit / vibrating noise, however could not affect the rest of it, possibly from neighbouring rooms. Noise was off and on as so it was difficult to adjust to even with ear plugs. It was a long day incl airplane mechanical issues, flight to Chicago postponed 4 times, lost connecting flights to Puerto Rico. Otherwise hotel price fitted my tight budget.

Great staff and a pretty great breakfast! The room itself was a generous size and convenient location as well.
The hotel is in need of some TLC. The rooms were clean, but the hallway carpets were filthy and in need of replacement.

Didn't stay. Went to a different hotel.
The toilet was not flushed. Had dirty toilet paper in it! Was disgusting! There was a dog in the entry. The people were seedy! It was gross. We walked in, looked at our room and walked right back out! Never again!.
