I called from the airport (two minutes away)for their complimentary shuttle. Forty five minutes later, I called again, and was now told the driver would be right out. Twenty minutes later he arrives, surly, non talkative. I don't think he was the regular driver Over 60 minutes late and then a grouchy driver is not what I would expect.

The fact that it was close to where I needed to be is the only thing positive I have to say... I was literally appalled>
I will NEVER stay here again. The room smelled of mold, the shower surround was pulling away from the wall. They put me with 3 children on the second floor as far away from the stairs as one could get. The outside walkway to the room was weak at best, nearly fell through the floor in one spot... I think the only thing holding me up was the carpet itself.

Eh. This place is a little sketchy. Spend the extra 30 bucks and get yourself a nicer hotel. Unless you dont mind feeling like you probably should sleep with all your clothes and shoes on or

The convenience of the location for a flight out of Cleveland and the fact that we could leave our car there and use the shuttle.
Coffee grounds were still in our coffee maker when we arrived. Curtain hangers were missing or broken.

Yes the room stunk real bad , the air condition did not work and had to get up every hour to put cold wet cloth on my head and chest . I would never saty again .
