Very friendly and helpful staff. Wakeup calls for the Northern Lights.
A small cafe would have been nice although there were many restaurants within walking distance.

It was all good, thank you
Nothing I didn't like. My one suggeston - if you could please let first-time guests know when they book that there's a hotel shuttle, it would make life a bit easier (especially when arriving late on a Friday night)
