I loved the beds. They were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in my entire life. I also loved the cookies you put out in the afternoon near the elevator. Those oatmeal cookies were the best!
You didn't offer complimentary breakfast. Parking is costly.

Centrally located, little pricey, nice facilities, clean, did not clean room during two day stay but we did have do not disturb on sign at times
Nothing against hotel but your service almost cost us a room as you never reserved our room even though I made reservation months in advance. Luckily they had one room left or we would have been searching for a room late at night after a day of travel. Hotel management reconciled fee with your service and honored reservation.

Since our last visit May 2014 we were impressed with the renovations/upgrade of the Breakfast/Dining room and the addition of the chef to prepare one's order. In fact the whole ground floor lounge leading to the dining room. and must mention the availability of the Lemonade afternoons near the lifts/elevators. Must also mention the Friendliness of the doormen and the maids
Coming from a prior hotel where the bathrooms were large, it was quite a contrast squeezing into your bathrooms, but we manage and it did not deter one iota from our enjoyable stay.

Great hotel close to NU campus. Many memories there.
Great room and appreciate that it is an old building but the bathroom is so small that it is almost a joke.
Great shower and bath towels but hardly room to move. The sink is like a Barbie house sink.
At $300 per night it is almost laughable!!!
