Staff were helpful, beakfast was quite good,

Mattresses were too soft---more firmness needed breakfast selection cereals could be better. A non sugar type would be appreciated such as bran flakes or unsweetened cherrios

The Breakfast was great. I especially liked the wheat/berry bread and egg and sausage.

We had the handicapped room with roll-in shower. The bathroom was excellent, the toilet a perfect height and the shower very manageable. However the beds were too high. I am able to walk with crutches but I am short in stature and cannot climb steps. The bed was very awkward for me. My friend found a thick blanket in the cupboard for me to stand on to try and get my bum on the bed. Even then I just made it to the edge and had to wiggle back a lot to make it into bed. It was very difficult and if I was in a wheelchair it would have been impossible for me to transfer into bed. I don't know why you would have a higher bed in an accessible room. There should at least be one standard height bed for the disabled. As a result I cannot recommend this room to a handicapped person and unfortunately I am unable to return to your hotel. It's a shame as we were planning on coming back to Erie next November.

The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was Offered a variety of items, I loved the fire pit outside. I enjoyed the whirlpool tub in my room. The soaps and Shampoos were better quality than other hotels I have stayed at.

I would have liked additional window coverings, I found the light from the parking lot shone in the room.

The bed was very comfortable. Having baskets with fruit were a nice touch.

The coffee pot was dirty on the inside.
