Desk person very welcoming and helpful! The whirlpool was hot like I like it and available at night and early in the morning.

Staff was very helpful when we cancelled our first reservation. We can back thru a week later and were sure to stay there to honor our earlier reservation. On this second stop (and overnight stay) the staff were helpful with dinner suggestions and driving instrucitons.
Strong cigarette smoke odor coming up the central stairs on Saturday night was annoying, but hey, this is Nevada!.

Gentleman that checked me in was delightful and helpful.
The air conditioning was not working...we held the room for a very late arrival, not in bed till 2 am and the maid came pounding on the door at 8 am to clean..then received a call at 10 as to whether we were leaving or staying ... found that to be very pushy and rude and very unwelcoming. Breakfast starts at 5:30...really and ends at 9:30 for a late arrival you are out of luck.
