The convenience of being able to leave my car while I was on my trip was great, and I could come and go from the paring lot without any hassle. The hotel is also located in walking distance from a grocery store, and in short driving distance from the beach and Whole Foods. The back-door key access is also very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the shuttle driver was a real gentleman helping me with my bags and making me feel comfortable. When I returned I didn't even have to call for a shuttle. They come at regular intervals. The fruit water in the lobby was a very nice touch when I was dehydrated from traveling.

The elevators were painfully slow, which was more frustrating than could be anticipated, especially when my key didn't work the first time and I had to go down and then back up again. There isn't even a stair alternative, which I prefer when I'm not carrying luggage, since the stairs only open to the street. Also, on the night before my flight, I got a mistake wake-up call at 5:45. I had called to arrange it, and then later called and very specifically asked to have it cancelled when I found out my flight was in the evening instead. I even repeated myself because I knew how terrible it would be to have that extra morning sleep interrupted. After the call I couldn't go back to sleep. Bummer when I had a 26 hour journey to South Africa ahead of me.

I found it very quaint, the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable.

The elevators were quite old and made me nervous. I did get confused a couple of times and couldn't find the stairway.

The very helpful staff.We are industry staff so were needing a room at a moments notice and the Hacienda were able to hold our room as we needed it.

No it was very clean, very handy for the airport with a regular drop off and pickup service. A very good restaurant with normal food.The lifts were slow but worked eventually.

When things were wrong the security staff was very helpful. The common area is a very nice atmosphere for visiting. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee shop seves an excellent breakfast. The price was very fair.

We had to be in 4 different rooms before one was okay. Air conditioning did not work in 3 rooms, one room had no moulding near the floor in the bathroom. the managers were nice and concerned but promised things they did not deliver, maybe not enough staff.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

The receptionist was extremely rude, could not find our booking and went out of her way to be unhelpful.
