Excelente servicio y atencion del personal. Instalaciones impecables.
Solo la hora del Check Out me parece que es muy temprano. Estaría perfecto si fuera a las 12:00 como es en otros hoteles.

Great stay overall. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The rooms and facilities were very clean and accommodating.
No reward point for a 4 night stay was extremely disappointing. I travel frequently for business and will keep the limitations for earning rewards before booking on the site.

La ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación, la comodidad de la cama.
El mobiliario es algo viejo (televisión, tina de baño). El baño es pequeño en relación al resto de la habitación. El desayuno es un poco limitado (sin embargo se agradece que se incluya dentro de la tarifa).

Rooms, very clean.
Bed was nice.
1. The Managers Happy Hour was not what we expected. "Only two drinks. When we thought it was from 6:30-7:30 PM Open Bar. 2. A biggie for us is the use of the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was not working. The air condition did not do its job, very hot that night. We arrived at the hotel and found all this out and we wanted not to stay. There was a lot of red tape to cancell out of this.
