I liked the convenience of not having to leave the hotel to go to the airport.
I didn't like that I had to pay for parking when I stayed there.

Clean, comfortable, ultra modern! Very nice room!
Drive in guests entrance not welcoming. Thought I snuck in the back door by accident. Signage at that entrance to where the lobby might be, could be improved. Elevator signage (staff versus guests) could be better.

The handiness to the airport. The end of the workday drink was quite the added touch. The meal we had in the restaurant was very tasty. The server in the restaurant was very nice and capable.

In terms of "pleasant surprise" it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. In terms of customer service Ahmed on the front desk was very impressive. Desirae in the bar was absolutely lovely. It really is very difficult to find fault with the hotel during our stay.
I drove to the hotel in a hire car with the intention of dropping off our bags before returning the car to Hertz. I was a bit peeved at being expected to put my credit card into a machine just to enter the car park. In the event I returned the car before entering the hotel via the terminal building.

The room was very nice.
Went to lobby to print boarding passes and have a drink. The music was extremely loud could not stay to have drinks. Way to loud.

As usual, the staff is extremely friendly and the hotel is in immaculate shape. Meal was great, service also great.
