Location and overall pleasant experience for the money.

Asked for a replacement Ethernet cable and was told that engineering would be up with one. They never showed. Room service food could be much better.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very clean. Nice to be able to go to the Casino without having to go outside. Very nice that we can smoke in the Casino ... thank you!!!

Hotel was great - we went to Tap 25 and felt that there really is not much of a selection of food on their menu - we just thought there would be more of a selection! When 2 people stay in a room - we have 2 large towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths - except most women like to have a 'large' towel for their hair, a large towel for their body - which leaves a hand towel for the man to use OR the woman lets the man use a large towel which then means she needs to use a small hand towel for either her hair or body - I feel the price we pay for the facilities - the Marriott company could afford to put 4 large towels in each room - this would be such a convenience rather than the inconveniece we had. If anyone steals any towels - you just charge to their credit card anyways so no money out of your pocket.

My one negative comment is the fact that the attached casino allows smoking. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby the smell was quite strong to the point of being ovewhelming at times. I would much preferr to see a non smoking facility or get the casino an air handling system that greatly decreases of even eliminates the cross over smoke from entering the hotle area.
