The view from our bedroom and from La Ronde. Valet guy very helpful.

Dinner in La Ronde was cold and average especially for the price. The waitress was out of a roadside diner. La Ronde needs a face lift. Live music in the evening would impress.

Definitely the la ronde restaurant. the food was fabulous. the bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size. quite as well.

That I had to leave

We liked the location, found the staff very accommodating. Jazz evening was very nice.

It needs to be updated with new furniture. The ripped chair in our room was replaced upon our request. The appetizers stated for 2 people was only for one. (1 crab cake, 2 shrimp, slivers of salmon, and bite full of salad).

I liked that they gave us a little extra time on check out, we had checked first due to medical reasons.

On arrival the night staff had problems finding our reservations, so we finally said re-do it if possible. Then after nearly 20 min. they found us in the system. On the 2nd day we requested a different room, because the bathroom door would not close. They found another room for us, but 2 hours after I realized my cell phone charger was still in the first room. I phoned down right away, and they said housekeeping would check as no one was in that room, but no charger was found and I asked for the next 2 days if they had found it. So that cost $ 44.00 to replace. The breakfast brunch for $19.00 each, was not hot and very little selection to choose from. I remember when this Hotel was new, and was the coveted place in Edmonton. Will not be staying here again.

The morning buffet was dull and unexciting, cold, old and overpriced. The initial parking area was a zoo - surely there could be someone there to direct traffic when busy.
