The room size was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy

The staff was exceptional and very friendly and the pool and all other facilities were very clean and well kept. The gym had all you need for a daily workout on vacation and breakfast at the restaruant was great. The rooms were clean and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable. We had a problem with the heat due to the power outage during the storm prior to our visit but the staff was right on top of it and had it squared away immediately. Our children enjoyed the pool each day for hours and the pool area is set up for adults to enjoy themselves and keep an eye on the kids as well. We had a fantastic quick vacation getaway during school vacation week.

My wife and I were looking for a nice comfortable place to stay for a mini-get-a-way. This was it. Super clean and the beds very comfortable. I especially liked that the indoor pool was surrounded by the rooms so that you had your own private entrance to the pool. Very nice. Would certainly stay there again.

I wish you would add MSNBC cable to your TV lineup since you carry Fox and CNN.

The staff were nice enough but they were unable to resolve any issues.

The hotel was selected because it had an indoor pool. The pool area was absolutely freezing. Despite many calls & complaints to the front desk, the issue could not be fixed. I had requested a discount for my stay and was told the manager would be in touch with me. I never heard from anyone.
